      Without a doubt-in our Hospital there is a huge drive to get people to simply dedicate 20 mins 3 times a week to exercise. I try to get fresh air as much as possible and I totally believe in fresh air and sport to keep your mind fresh and healthy. I love cycling and we have an inflatable kayak that we use. Not great at the rock climbing but I’ve tried climbing walls…
