Find a subject that you enjoy and that you want to jump out of your bed for to get to work. Look after the people that you work with. Also, read over everything twice. And make sure that you look after yourself, don’t burn out by working every day/night. Make time for your family and friends.

The best advice I’ve received is find something you enjoy doing and imagine yourself when you are old (er!) still doing that job… Also that age old mantra of “surround yourself with positive people” is relevant advice. I remember working in Vincents and my boss there said it was unlikely I would have the same enthusiasm years later-but I still do!
