• Question: Does entering a calorie deficit cause u to lose weight or is it only if your traning during the deficit cause it ?

      Gosh -there are so many theories about losing weight but my feeling is that firstly, keep a food diary if you want to lose weight-that way you really see what you eat. And yes, you need to reduce calories but you should encorporate exercise too. It doesn’t make sense not to exercise if you want to lose weight.
