• Question: Why do lightbulbs blow?

      If it something that happens a lot, I would check the wiring in the place. If there are faulty connections, you can get an arc, causing too much heat and the bulb explodes.

      Lightbulbs blow usually because of a surge in power-when you switch on your lamp. Ways to avoid this is by using a dimmer.
